Log into your SisakPhoto account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, lens caps, and warranty cards to ensure full refund eligibility.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
